Family Fitness Classes
Every Saturday we will be holding fitness classes for the entire family! Our family fitness classes are a great way to stay active and have some fun, quality time with your family! The class will vary on each Saturday. Stay updated on the class schedule on our Facebook page!

- Cost: FREE for all members | Day passes available for non-members.

- Time: 9:30 am – 10:00 am
Youth Equipment Orientation:
Youth ages 11 – 13 years of age will receive instruction on Wellness Center safety and etiquette as well as proper use of cardio and weight equipment, learn what a workout should look like and how to create your own, as well as various fitness aspects! Upon completion of equipment orientation, youth are permitted to use all wellness areas with an adult. Youth will be asked to complete a minimum of 3 training session in order to be able to use the wellness areas. Parents must attend the first session.

Oct. 1th – 10th | M/W | 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Nov. 6th – 15th | T/TH | 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Cost: $35
- Must attend a minimum of 3 sessions to complete orientation

Off Season Training Program
The off-season training program is designed to help prevent injury, enhance the physical and mental potential of all athletes, and develop optimal muscular strength and endurance! Included in the workouts are strength training, plyometrics, speed and agility, and conditioning. All off season athletes are welcome to attend!
- Ages: 10 – 20 years old
10 – 13 years old: September 11th – November 1st
14 – 20 years old: September 10th – October 31st
10 – 13 years old: Tuesdays & Thursdays
14 – 20 years old: Mondays & Wednesdays
10 – 13 years old: Hastings Middle School
14 – 20 years old: YMCA Tennis Courts
10 – 13 years old: $95
14 – 20 years old: $125 members | $175 non-members
