We offer various health and fitness challenges on the Trainerize app to keep you motivated and on track! Join our upcoming challenge below! These challenges are always changing to add something new to your routine!

UPCOMING CHALLENGES
8 Week Fall Fitness for Beginners

Kick off your fall fitness routine with this 8 week beginner challenge! Participants will be challenged to complete 2 workouts with this machine-only total body toning routine. Workouts will be fully provided on the Trainerize app.

  • Challenge duration: November 13 - December 29, 2023
  • Registration opens: October 9
  • Registration closes: November 9
  • Cost: $30 members  |  $40 non-members
2 WORKOUTS/WEEK
  • Day 1 of the week: Pull, leg press, & calves
  • Day 2 of the week: Push, leg extension, & leg curl

 

8 Week Weight Training

Includes pre and post InBody scan.

  • Date: January 2 - February 26, 2024

Beginner Glute plan

This 8 week challenge will focus on glutes for three days a week. Take on this challenge and start working on a better version of yourself!

Couch to 10K Training Plan

This running plan will help get your from the couch to running a 10K in just 12 weeks! Whether you're training for a race or just setting a goal for yourself, this plan will help keep you on track.

This 8 week challenge will focus on fitness for beginners, 3 days a week. Find the perfect motivation to get your active lifestyle going or get that extra push you may need. This specialized program is made by certified trainers with beginners in mind.
