WHOOPERS & HOOPERS JUNIOR
We're expanding one of your favorite basketball tournament to kids, Whoopers & Hoopers Junior is coming!
Champions receive rings and medals for 2nd and 3rd place in every division and every participant will receive a free t-shirt! There will be paid officials for every game and scorekeepers will be provided. Participants will also receive a pass of fun things to do in Hastings throughout the day!
Spots are limited and divisions are limited to 8 teams. We are asking for every team to register with a minimum of a $100 sponsor to help keep costs low for youth to play basketball. Sponsors will be recognized on the radio in the Hastings area.
Admission for attendees: $5/adults 18+, kids are free!
- Dates: December 6 & 7, 2024
- Cost: $200/Team
- Grade: 3rd - 8th grade boys and girls
- Divisions: Gold & Silver
- Location: Hastings area gyms
- Games: 3-game guarantee
- Registration Opens: October 1, 2024

The Hastings Family YMCA is excited to be partnering with Whoopers and Hoopers to bring back one of the biggest basketball tournaments in the midwest! This tournament will be played 5v5, full court, with men's and women's divisions. Get your team together and join us for a fun weekend with great competition!
This tournament includes payouts for every division, t-shirts, food trucks, and players party! Register before February 1 for an early bird discount of $25 off your registration fee.
