Turkey Trot

TURKEY TROT

Join us for our annual Turkey Trot Race, 5k walk/run, and team edition! Race to collect items for your Thanksgiving dinner! The winner of the race will receive a turkey for their Thanksgiving meal!

Team Edition: Race with your family/group to collect items for your Thanksgiving meal along the way!

Individual: Participate in our timed 5k race/walk (not collecting items)! Top runners will receive Thanksgiving sides to go with their meal and winners receive a free turkey! Winning categories will be top male and female 18 and under, and top male and female 19 and up.

Sign up for the YMCA's Winter Warrior Challenge! This is a one month fitness challenge that provides goals and accountability to get in shape this new year! Invite your friends and family to participate together and start the new year off right! Each participant that completes the challenge will receive a free long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt!

You choose your goal and complete it on your own time!

RUN, BIKE, & SWIM!

It's time once again for the YMCA's Spring Triathlon! Compete individually or get together your friends, family, and workers to form a team and race relay style! All ages are welcome. Participants will complete a 400 yard swim, 12.2 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run/walk.

Group Exercise Launch

Join us for our FREE Group Exercise Launch every Saturday in January! Whether you’re new to group classes or a regular attendee, we’ll walk through new moves and music to start the new year and get newcomers a chance to become familiar and try out classes!

The YMCA offers over 80 classes every week with instructors who are dedicated to helping YOU succeed. All of our classes are open to all skill levels and can be scaled to meet your fitness level.

Our group exercise classes create a community and accountability for each participant. Build relationships, receive encouragement, and get help from trained instructors who are dedicated to helping you succeed.

Free t-shirts for the first 25 in each class!
