Join us for the YMCA's Annual Couch Potato Triathlon!
Swim, bike, run!
Complete a triathlon in six weeks! Swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, run 26.2 miles. What a great way to start out the new year by completing this triathlon challenge! This triathlon is open to members and non-members, so invite your friends to join you! Once you turn in your log sheet you will receive a FREE long sleeve shirt!
NEW THIS YEAR:
All Couch Potato participants are invited to participate in a mini-triathlon on Feb. 16 as a finale to the Couch Potato! The mini-triathlon will consist of a 2 mile indoor run, 8 mile indoor bike, and 250 yard swim. This is a great way to challenge yourself after your Couch Potato accomplishment or a stepping stone in training for a sprint triathlon! And all participants receive a free medal for accomplishing the mini-triathlon!
This mini-triathlon is optional with a $10 additional charge. If you sign up for the mini-triathlon you will receive $10 off the Spring Triathlon registration!
