It's time once again for the YMCA's Spring Triathlon! Compete individually or get together your friends, family, and workers to form a team and race relay style! All ages are welcome. Participants will complete a 400 yard swim, 12.2 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run/walk.

Join us for our FREE Group Exercise Launch every Saturday in January! Whether you’re new to group classes or a regular attendee, we’ll walk through new moves and music to start the new year and get newcomers a chance to become familiar and try out classes!
The YMCA offers over 80 classes every week with instructors who are dedicated to helping YOU succeed. All of our classes are open to all skill levels and can be scaled to meet your fitness level.
Our group exercise classes create a community and accountability for each participant. Build relationships, receive encouragement, and get help from trained instructors who are dedicated to helping you succeed.

Swim, bike, run!
Complete a triathlon in six weeks! Swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, walk/run 26.2 miles. What a great way to start out the new year by completing this triathlon challenge! This triathlon is open to members and non-members, so invite your friends to join you! Once you turn in your log sheet you will receive a FREE long sleeve shirt!
We will hold a mini-triathlon after the 6 week Couch Potato on Feb 19 at 8:00 AM. This will consist of a 250 yard swim, 8 mile bike, & 2 mile run. If you’re ready to get a taste of a triathlon after you finish the Couch Potato then this mini-triathlon is the perfect opportunity! The mini-triathlon will cost $5 for Couch Potato participants and $15 For non Couch Potato participants.
Join us for our annual Turkey Trot Race, 5k walk/run, and team edition! Race to collect items for your Thanksgiving dinner! The winner of the race will receive a turkey for their Thanksgiving meal!
Team Edition: Race with your family/group to collect items for your Thanksgiving meal along the way!
Individual: Participate in our timed 5k race/walk (not collecting items)! Top runners will receive Thanksgiving sides to go with their meal and winners receive a free turkey!
New this year: Child Watch will be available for racers. So you can race while we watch your kids for you!
