TAI CHI

Participants will learn balance skills, good body alignment, and coordinated Tai Chi movements. This program is intended for community-dwelling adults aged 60 or older who can walk easily with or without assistive devices. Tai Chi has shown to improve balance, leg strength, mobility, flexibility, reduce the fear of falling, and improve psychological health.

Participants must have completed the Tai Chi beginners class to sign up for the advanced class.

This class can be modified for those who need chair assistance.

    Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30 am – 11:15 am
  • Beginner:
    Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:30 am – 12:15 pm
