Tai Chi

Participants will learn balance skills,  good body alignment, and coordinated Tai Chi movements. This program is intended for community-dwelling older adults who can walk easily with or without assistive devices. Tai Chi has shown to improve balance, leg strength, mobility, flexibility, reduce the fear of falling, and improve psychological health.

SPRING CLASSES:
  • Advanced:
    February 4 – May 22
    Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30 am – 11:15 am
  • Beginner:
    March 2 – May 22
    Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:30 am – 12:15 pm
