AFYAP is a water exercise program designed by the Arthritis Foundation to provide low impact exercises for persons with various types of arthritis. Many people with other mobility problems, such as individuals who have suffered strokes or injuries, find AFYAP helpful. AFYAP exercises work on range-of-motion and flexibility of joints. Our instructors are under the direction of Arthritis Foundation and YMCA certified management.
We encourage you to try AFYAP. Your next question just might be, "Why didn't I try this a long time ago?"
If you have additional questions call the YMCA at 402.463.3139 or email info@hastingsymca.net.
