This group training is taught by certified trainer, Rachel Propp. Rachel has 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, certifications in nutrition and wellness coaching, as well at a background in fitness and personal training. Rachel is passionate about helping individuals reach their wellness goals and leading a healthy lifestyle!
