AT HOME FITNESS

The YMCA may be closed but we still want to provide your favorite group exercise classes with your favorite instructors! Click the "Watch Live" button to tune in to classes during their regular schedules that you are used to. 

Due to music copyright, we cannot play music in our exercise class videos. But our instructors have provided their class playlist for you so you can play the music at home during the videos! Each playlist will be listed below next to the class. You may be required to create a Spotify account if you do not have one.

During this time, we hope that these online classes will serve not only our regular YMCA members but also the entire community who are searching for ways to take care of their health in this pandemic. Join us for Senior Fit lead by instructor Katie. This class is similar to the Silver Sneakers - Cardio Circuit class that you are used to attending at the YMCA. What you'll need: 2 cans to use in place of weights, chair, pillow, and water bottle.

Tai Chi – Participants will learn balance skills, good body alignment, and coordinated Tai Chi movements. This program is intended for community-dwelling older adults who can walk easily with or without assistive devices. Tai Chi has shown to improve balance, leg strength, mobility, flexibility, reduce the fear of falling, and improve psychological health.
